Terms of Service

1. Who we are

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the SINGULARITY software subscription sold on this site and to your account. Use of the software is also governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

3. Merchant of record

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who is the merchant of record for the transaction. Paddle handles payment, tax and invoicing; Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the payment.

4. Subscription and trial

A subscription is billed monthly or yearly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. A new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial; the first charge is made when the trial ends unless the subscription is cancelled before then.

One subscription licenses the software on up to 2 computers at a time, as described in the EULA.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account page (through Paddle). The subscription then runs to the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

6. Price changes

Prices may change. A price change applies from the next renewal after we have given you at least 30 days' notice by e-mail.

7. Your account

Your account is identified by your e-mail address and signed into with a one-time code sent to it. Keep access to that mailbox secure; actions taken with a valid code are treated as yours.

8. Availability

The software checks its licence when it starts and is designed to keep running without a connection for a defined period (see the EULA). We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the account service.

9. Liability

10. Governing law

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by e-mail or on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
