CUE 01Questions

How does the trial work?

Fourteen days, everything on. Paddle takes a card at the start and bills the plan you chose when the trial ends. Cancel in the trial and nothing is charged.

Why two machines?

A show has a main and a standby. One subscription covers both. If you replace a laptop, deactivate the old one on your account page and the new one takes its place.

What happens if the venue has no internet?

The app checks the licence only when it starts, never during a show. After a successful check it runs for 30 days without one. Rigs that are never online use an activation file from your account page, carried over by USB.

What if a payment fails?

Nothing stops mid-show. The app keeps working for 7 days after the paid period ends, then asks you to renew at its next start.

Who handles the payment?

Paddle is the merchant of record: it bills you, handles tax and sends the invoices. We never see your card.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account page through Paddle. The subscription runs to the end of the paid period.

I have a licence key from the beta.

It keeps working as it did, offline, on its computer. It can be attached to an account later; nothing changes for it now.
